Transportation

Transportation is a key economic tool for the Quad City community, providing residents with access, independence, and freedom, either by air or by land.

Close proximity to national transportation via Interstate 80 as well as the Quad City International Airport offers access to markets in and outside the Quad City region. Just 165 miles west from Chicago and halfway between Minneapolis and St. Louis, the Quad City region offers easy access to many other excellent regions of the Midwest. Other highways that service the Quad City area include: Interstate 74, 88, and 280 as well as US Federal Highways 6, 34, 31, 67, and 150.
