The Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the Quad Cities began in April 2002 and has grown to a network of over 1,500 young professionals.

YPN's CORE BELIEF is that the more informed, involved, and networked young professionals are the more likely they will stay in the region, and the more influence they can have on what the region becomes.

YPN’s role is to engage the region's talent mix in shaping and showcasing a greater Quad City region more attractive to diverse young talent. YPN defines young talent as anyone 21-39 years old and “young” thinking individuals.
